Certificate of Analysis (COA)

Definition: A lab report confirming a cannabis product passed state-mandated testing for potency (THC/CBD), pesticides, heavy metals, microbials, mycotoxins, and residual solvents. All legal US and Canadian cannabis products must have a COA on file; many states require COA data to be posted publicly or on the product label.
